Mead and Greed is a classic indoor festival. Therefore, there is no official campground and no accommodation organized by the organizers.
If the Mead & Greed Festival is not sold out in advance, remaining tickets will of course be sold at the box office.
Not only are the tickets more expensive there, but you also risk not being able to get in if everything is sold out.
The Resonanzwerk is located at Annemarie-Renger-Weg 5, 46047 Oberhausen.
Even though there is a Trinkgut branch directly opposite, this is NOT a parking lot for the festival.
Please park in the surrounding streets. Further information can be found in the "Directions" section.
Unfortunately, that's forbidden here. We don't have a pit or security to catch you, so you'd only hurt yourself.
Mosh pits, circle pits, walls of death, etc. are permitted. However, please be careful not to injure others. Anyone who goes too far and endangers the safety of other attendees can expect to be expelled from the event.
...we don't want that. Just leave them at home.
Admission times will be announced together with the running order.
You should be on your way home by 1:00 a.m. at the latest, as the Resonanzwerk closes its doors then.
Of course, like last year, we will provide you with our legendary food at fair prices.
vegans don’t have to go hungry with us either, of course.
This will not be tolerated. In short: Anyone who doesn't behave will be kicked out!
All types of cameras and digital cameras are permitted at the Mead & Greed Festival. Please obtain permission from the bands performing prior to filming if you have a video camera. Generally speaking, please be careful not to disturb anyone with your camera.
Of course, there will be a merchandise stand where you can stock up on products from your favorite bands!
At a festival called "Mead and Greed," there obviously has to be mead. As every year, we strive to offer you high-quality mead at fair prices.
Instructions from staff must be followed at all times. This applies to both our crew (recognizable by their crew shirts) and the Resonanzwerk crew.
We don't want that. And we are serious about that!
No “The swastika on my habit just shows my neo-paganism” or anything else.
As a rule of thumb: If you are unsure and want to ask, save yourself the trouble and leave it at home.
Will not be tolerated: Anyone who doesn't behave will be thrown out!
We'll publish a running order some time before the festival. Shortly afterward, we'll also add day tickets to our shop, provided the festival isn't already sold out.
Out of consideration for other concertgoers, we must insist on leaving large bags at the cloakroom.
Small (fanny) bags or gym bags are fine. As a rule of thumb, we limit admission to A4 size.
They're allowed here! For drinking, though. For the benefit of all concertgoers (and your horns): Don't enter the mosh pit or anything else with them. If you endanger others with your horn, we'll confiscate it for the evening.
Since Mead and Greed is an indoor festival, there is no official campground and no officially organized accommodation provided by the organizers. If you require overnight accommodation, please look for suitable hostels or hotels in the area on your own.
Once you have entered the event grounds, re-entry on the same day is unfortunately not possible.
